Cat O’Hern
vice president, ai architecture
Cat O'Hern, MAC, LPCC, is the Vice President of AI Architecture at Ronan Healthcare Compliance, where she leads the operational infrastructure that keeps a growing compliance team running smoothly and efficiently.
Her role spans the full operational landscape: HR and hiring, team onboarding, vendor relationships, internal SOPs and documentation, technology systems, SharePoint, Asana, reporting dashboards, and the company intranet. She also designs and integrates AI workflows across all of these systems, building tools and processes that help the team work more efficiently and consistently. When something can be automated or improved, she finds it and builds it.
With a psychology degree from Loyola Marymount University and a master's in counseling from the University of Colorado, Denver, she brings a deep understanding of human behavior to everything she builds. The best operations are designed around how people actually think, learn, and work. That perspective shapes how she designs and structures workflows, selects tools, and rolls out new systems across the organization.
Her approach is hands-on, results-driven, and rooted in the belief that the best operations are the ones nobody has to think about. She builds infrastructure that scales, embeds AI into workflows with intention, and creates systems the team can depend on every day.
