Compliance Executive

Christina Krueckeberg, RN, CHC, CPHRM, is a Compliance Executive at Ronan Healthcare Compliance with more than three decades in the healthcare industry, including over 15 years focused on compliance, privacy, and risk management leadership.

She has built and led enterprise-wide compliance programs across national health systems, independent rural hospitals, tertiary care centers, and medical device manufacturers, including Lutheran Health Network, Parkview Health, Cameron Memorial Community Hospital, and React Health.

 Christina holds certifications in healthcare compliance (CHC) and professional healthcare risk management (CPHRM), along with a LEAN Healthcare Yellow Belt from Purdue University and a Business Contracts certification from Cornell University. Her career began in clinical nursing, where she spent nearly two decades working across med/surg, infusion, case management, clinical documentation improvement, and charge capture auditing. That clinical perspective shapes how she approaches every compliance initiative, connecting regulatory frameworks to the operational realities of healthcare delivery.

Christina is recognized for her practical, data-driven approach and is well regarded by board members and executive teams for her ability to build compliance programs that are both sustainable and aligned with organizational growth.
