Jade (Saevitz) Smith, MJ, CCEP, is a Compliance Executive at Ronan Healthcare Compliance with 15+ years of experience at the intersection of healthcare operations, legal strategy, and compliance leadership. With a Master of Jurisprudence in Health and Compliance Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and her Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) credential, Jade brings both intellectual precision and hands-on expertise to complex regulatory challenges.

Over nearly a decade focused on compliance, Jade has spearheaded the establishment of global legal compliance and ethics programs, developed strategic compliance training initiatives, and led risk assessments for healthcare and medical device organizations. During her tenure as Director of Compliance at OrthoPediatrics, she built comprehensive compliance infrastructures that aligned operational realities with regulatory requirements. Her earlier roles as a corporate paralegal provided foundational expertise in legal project management, entity governance, and transactional support.

Jade is a recognized thought leader in the compliance community. She has been featured on the Ethico podcast with Nick Gallo, spoken at multiple third-party sales conferences addressing FCPA, anti-bribery, fraud and abuse prevention, and ethical business conduct, and regularly participates in educational webinars through the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) and the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA), where she maintains active membership.
