She's played a central role in scaling Ronan Healthcare Compliance from a startup into a multi-million-dollar consultancy that serves private equity-backed healthcare organizations across the country. She leads business development, strategic planning, and team success, but what energizes her most is supporting her team's personal and professional growth and building a culture where everyone can thrive.

As an AI-forward leader, Susan creates custom GPTs that automate processes, simplify complex work, and save her team hours every week. Her role is to see what's next and create the strategic roadmap that moves the company forward.

With a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and a teaching certification from the University of Colorado, a Marketing Strategy Certificate from Cornell University, and a coaching certification from Jay Shetty Certification School, Susan brings years of experience across education, business strategy, and mindset. She's widely regarded by executives, professionals, and the people she leads for her ability to spot the bigger picture and build the systems to bring it to life.

Her career began in education, where she spent over a decade as a school librarian and teacher, breaking down complexity, guiding people through growth, and creating environments where everyone could succeed. That foundation shaped everything she is today. A natural learner who's always loved sharing ideas, she now channels that same energy into helping her team grow, lead, and step into their full potential.
